Credit Card & Payment Information
All payments are made using PayPal, Check, or by Phone. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay using a credit card. Any credit information received in paper format is shredded once the transaction is completed. Transactions are over a secured SSL connection. PayPal is PCI compliant.
Returns / Refunds
We accept returns within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Items damaged during delivery will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us for return approval. We will refund your purchase upon receipt of the approved returned item.
Shipping & Handling
We reserve the right to charge for domestic or international shipments based on box weight, dimensions and shipping destination, with customer approval. We don’t make money on shipping costs.
